The institution is affiliated with to Dr. Ram manohar Lohiya Avadh University for departments namely: Art, Commerce, Education and computer courses.
The institution is also attached with NCTE Jaipur.The institution was established in july 2002 by sincere efforts of  Sri Sitaram Verma, Ex Chairman of  U.P. Co-operative, present district panchyat president Sultanpur.
Institution have adequate infrastructure , Computer lab, Science lab, Phycology lab, Home Science lab and library. The institution is run and managed by Sivam Seva Sansthan 21, diwarkapuri indra nagar ,lucknow which is a registered society. The students are from Sultanpur,Jaunpur,Ambedkar Nagar and Azamgadh. The institution is working hard to improve the education in rural area.
